Product Description

The punching equipment for the outer peripheral surface of the motor shaft includes an hydraulic punching machine and an automatic loading and unloading device. The slider of the punching machine is connected to the upper template, and the slider drives the upper template to move up and down. The punching machine base is located below the upper template, and there are two parallel arranged upper punching bar blocks on the upper template. There is a gap between the two upper punching bar blocks. There are two parallel arranged lower punching bar blocks on the punching machine base, and there is a gap between the two lower punching bar blocks. The positions of the two lower punching bar blocks correspond to those of the two upper punching bar blocks. This punching equipment can directly punch four convex ribs on the motor shaft at once, which can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers. Moreover, the spacing between the four convex ribs can ensure consistency before and after, without deviation, making the assembly of subsequent parts more convenient.

Applicable product outer diameter 5-10mm, exceeding this size requires customized equipment.
